  13. Every effort is made to fully test all new fetures before a new
  14. relase.  There are several ALPHA and BETA test sites. Most users
  15. report trouble immediately so that we can fix problems right
  16. away. Usually, the bugs are ironed out before a public release is
  17. made. Just in case something is not quite right, the only way we
  18. can fix it is that YOU must report it!

  20. If you encounter a problem with any feature or have a suggestion
  21. to imporve our software, or an idea that would make it better for
  22. you, please PLEASE do let us know...

  25.     2. Mention specific hardware and operating system in use
  26.     3. Include a mailing address, fax number, modem number,
  27.        Internet address, and/or voice number where you can be
  28.        reached if we need to contact you
